We had Tiago tile a backsplash for us 3 years ago then had him back in February to tile a bathroom floor for us and then most recently to install hardwood stairs and add shiplap to a wall over a fireplace His work is incredible and he is meticulous and clean Some of the pictures he has posted are of my house Very highly recommended! Tiago rebuilt our deck. The project involved changing the shape, replacing the support columns, rebuilding the stairs, addressing any floor joist issues, installing new decking and rails. We could not be happier with the job he and his crew did. The attention to detail, from mitered joints on trim boards and stair trim, boxing in post supports, adding nailers and supports for picture frame deck boards, to straight even railings, to making sure the ends of deck boards are not visible. His work was neat, efficient and he was very accommodating with some minor changes as the project progressed. For anyone who knows me, I’m relatively handy and have done my share of projects. This makes me a contractor’s worst nightmare. Because I know how things should be done and notice all the fine details and hate to pay for something I can do, and will hold you to a high standard. Tiago exceeded my expectations and I will look to him for other projects that we have and I no longer have the time for.
